What do Ozzy Ozbourne, Jessica Simpson and now The Veronicas have in common? Their own reality TV show.
The Veronicas are on the verge of signing up for their own MTV reality TV series, a behind-the-scenes documentary-style show that will chart the twins' international rise.
We’ve already seen Ozzy’s dysfunctional family, and Jess’s incredibly blonde, ditzy remarks, but The Veronicas hope their show will be different.
“I can’t say too much about it but if we do it we’d have to make it our way,” Lisa Origliasso told The Daily Telegraph. “We are not interested in doing some crappy staged thing just to get ourselves on TV. We have to be into it and it has to be a genuine reflection of our lives and who we are.”
The songbirds, whose chart-topper Untouched hit No. 8 this week on the UK pop charts, have had a whirlwind time in America lately, touring with wholesome pop group The Jonas Brothers, appearing on the revamped 90210 TV show, and performing at the Miss USA Pagaent. They've even graced the pages of Elle magazine… but would you watch their reality-TV show?
