This is a really easy look to emulate that uses on basic cosmetics - In fact, we're betting you've got most of them handy already.

No need to fuss around with complicated bases here. All you need is a great illuminating bronzer (2) to add a healthy glow to your face. Grab a big powder brush and sweep all over to even out skin tone. The one thing you do need? Some liquid concealer (1). A killer smokey eye looks no good with dark under-eye circles getting in the way! Lightly dab some on to disguise the darkness.

To get Ashley's perfectly made up eyes, you'll need a couple of eyeshadow brushes. Use a smaller one to line the upper and lower lashlines with a charcoal eyeshadow (4), and a bigger fluff brush to blend it up and out for a beautifully defined look.

A ful set of short, dense false lashes (3) adds amazing drama to the look. (Don't know how to use them? Get the sales attendant behind the counter to give you a run-through when you buy.)

Finish by dusting a little highlighter (5) on cheekbones and down the bridge of the nose, and a creamy nude lip colour (6).
