World cup fever reaches a new pitch with leading fashion brands, including Louis Vuitton and Dolce & Gabbana, designing products to celebrate the worlds biggest sporting event.
Will you be setting the alarm at 4am each morning to see the goal kicking action of the athletic Adonis’ during the World Cup, or are you already dreading the weeks of endless soccer conversation? Whatever your take on the sport, we’re excited about the number of fashion brands tapping into World Cup fever.

Not only was luxury label Louis Vuitton commissioned to create a special traveling case to safeguard the prized 2010 World Cup trophy, but they have also released a special, soccer-inspired duffel bag, carrying the brand's classic gold insignia, and made from soccer ball panels.

Dolce & Gabbana has released a special-edition t.shirt for $285, and have dressed the Italian players in blue trench coats and aviator sunnies.

But if they’re not exactly in your price range, even Havianas have gotten into the act with their limited edition, 2010 World Cup inspired thongs, for $24.

So, even if you don’t like the game, at least you and your beloved can strike a goal in the style stakes.
